Well Run Business builds and looks after websites for small businesses. This page explains what we do with the information you give us.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our quote form, we receive your name, business name, phone number, email address, type of business, current website and your message. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, build and look after your website. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months if you do not become a customer. Customer records are kept for as long as we look after your website and as required for tax records.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp on 07435 060541 or email hello@wellrunbusiness.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
